1. Introducon
This Website and our Musalih applicaon Standard Terms and Condions how Musalih will gather,
use, and maintain your personal informaon. It will also explain your legal rights to control our
use of that informaon.
By using the Musalih Plaorm, you conrm that you have read and understood this Terms and
Condions of Service and Policy (referred to herein as the Agreement”). The Agreement governs
the use of the Musalih Plaorm. Musalih will gather, use, and maintain informaon consistent
with the Agreement.
This Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Service”.
2. General Terms
In this Terms and Condions Policy:
Musalih may be referred to as “Musalih”, “we,''our” or “us.
We call a user of the Musalih Plaorm a User,” or collecvely, the “Users.
"You" and "your" refer to an individual User of the Musalih Plaorm.
The Website that we oer on our website (www.Musalih.om) is referred to as the “Site.
Musalih partner and the service/ maintenance provider is referred as “Mahir
The plaorm and related services provided by Musalih, the Site and mobile applicaons (whether
on iOS or Android), including without limitaon informaon provided by Musalih to potenal and
actual Users in relaon to the services, together are called the “Musalih Plaorm.
Terms of Service” refers to our terms, which can be found at (www.Musalih.om) This Privacy
Policy is incorporated into and considered a part of, the Terms of Service.
3. Customer with Musalih:
3.1 Account registraon
For the rst me using the service you may register your phone number and you’ll receive a vericaon
code per SMS. Aer the rst log in you may complete the registraon by entering your email, house
locaon, and become a registered user (“User”).

3.2 Service Availability
We are the facilitator for the operaon of the plaorm connecng the customer with Mahir for xing
several issues in households in Oman through an online plaorm. For the service, you may pay by banking
channels made available to you on the Services.
Each Mahir has a prescribed service for AC condions, plumbing, and electrical connecons. This is to
ensure that their services reach your door when they are at their best condion. If you live outside the
service area nocaon will appear informing you that you are outside of the service delivery area.
Operang hours will vary depending on local trading condions and the availability of our Maher.
3.3 SERVICE REQUEST
The Service allows you to make a request for xing a household problem/issue and other service
requests that you require based on urgent situaon and we will, subject to the terms and condions
set out herein, deliver the same to you.
You understand that any request you place shall be subject to the restricons and limitaons set out
in this Terms of Use including, but not limited to, service availability.
Checking out as a guest is not permissible for requests placed for services (You will need to register
and check out.
When you place a request through our service and you choose a Mahir for the requested service, a
Nocaon conrming your request and accepted by Mahir (the ‘Conrmaon Nocaon’) will be
sent to you by us on behalf of the Mahir.
An esmaon on the service fee will appear to the User as per the descripon given by the User prior
to the service request.
However, upon your successful compleon of requesng a service, Mahir may call you on the
telephone or mobile number provided to conrm the details of the request, and the esmated delivery
me will be menoned in the conrmaon Nocaon. For this purpose, you will be required to share
certain informaon with us, including but limited to (i) the rst and last name (ii) mobile number
(iii)email address; and (iv) physical address (locaon). Please ensure that you have given us the correct
details as this is how we will communicate with you about your request and ensure that your request
arrives to the correct locaon.
The esmated service fee to be cash or through one of the online channels available in the plaorm
prior to the service to Musalih Plaorm. Aer 3 days (Guarantee Period), Musalih shall transfer the
service fee to Maher.
Please note all requests are subject to availability. Your Mahir may oer an alternave for any request
it cannot provide you with.
In addion to the foregoing, Mahir may also contact you by phone and / or nocaon to inform and
conrm any change in the request, due to availability or unavailability or change in the price of the

service. At this me, any change or conrmaon of the request shall be treated as nal and we will
receive a Nocaon conrming the change in request. It is claried that in the event you do not open
the door or respond to telephonic correspondence within 15 minutes of our delivery service physically
reaching you address; we reserve the right to leave the premises. You will be charged for the request,
or we will cancel your request and the provisions of the cancellaon and refund policy below shall be
applicable.
A minimum of 3 Omani Rials shall be paid by the User, in case the problem was minor and requires
minimum work from Mahir. This amount is considered as the minimum for Mahir visit to the user.
For other categories the minimum amount to be paid is 3 Omani Rials
You can pay cash or net banking aer the service.
You acknowledge and agree that we act as Mahir payment agent for the limited purpose of accepng
payments from you on behalf of Mahir. Upon your payment of the amount to us, which are due to
Mahir, your payment obligaon to the Mahir for such amounts is completed, and we are responsible
for reming such amounts aer 3 to 10 days, to Mahir.
You agree to pay us for the total amount for any request made. We will collect the total amount in
accordance with the terms and condions of these Terms of Use and the pricing terms set forth in the
applicable menu lisng for the parcular Maher. Please note that we cannot control any amount that
may be charged to you by your bank related to our collecon of the total amount, and we disclaim all
liability in this regard.
About your request, you will be asked to provide customary billing informaon such as name, billing
address and credit card informaon either to our third-party payment processor or us. You agree to
pay us for any conrmed bookings in accordance with these Terms by one of the methods described
on the Services– e.g. by a credit card. You hereby authorize the collecon of such amounts by charging
the credit card provided as part of requesng the booking, either directly by us or indirectly, via a third
party online payment processor or by one of the payment methods described on the Services. If you
are directed to our third-party payment processor, you may be subject to the terms and condions
governing the use of that third party’s service and that third party’s personal informaon collecon
pracces. Please review such terms and condions and privacy policy before using the services. Once
your conrmed request transacon is complete, you will receive a conrmaon email summarizing
your conrmed booking.
Musalih seeks to provide a quality service and will be the second point of contact in the event there is
a problem with your request either regarding quality aer Mahir. We do monitor our Mahir very
closely and it is of utmost importance to us that they comply with our standards and help us to
maintain our reputaon. Please let us know if you have any comments relang to our Mahir or in
respect of the orders by emailing or calling us.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
4.1 Cancellaon
As a basic rule, you shall not be entled to cancel your request once you have received conrmaon
of the same.
You have the right to cancel a request within a reasonable me and before the request becomes
“Request is Processing. You can cancel a request by clicking the “Cancel Request” buon in the
request details secon of your request. Musalih and Maher may cancel any request and will tell you
once we cancel a request and the reason of cancellaon. You will not be charged for any request
cancelled in accordance with this clause. Any payment made prior to a request being cancelled by
Musalih or Mahir will usually be reimbursed using the same method you used to pay for your request
and if the payment was not cash the refund will be within Seven working days. Any request cancelled
aer it becomes “Request is Processingwill be charged to you. Musalih alone will determine whether
an order is “Request is Processing” or not.
In the unlikely event of an item on your request being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone
number provided to us at the me of placing the request and inform you of such unavailability. In such
an event, you will be entled to cancel the enre order and shall be entled to a refund in accordance
with our refund policy.
We reserve the sole right to cancel your request in the following circumstances:
In the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone oered by us
Failure to contact you by phone or email at the me of conrming the request booking
Failure to deliver your request due to lack of informaon, direcon or authorizaon from you at the
me of delivery
Unavailability of all the services requested by you at the me of booking the request
Failure due to reasons beyond our control or aributable to Maher.
4.2 Refunds
You shall be entled to a refund only if you pre-paid at the me of placing your request only in the event
of any of the following circumstances:
We (Musalih) cancelling your request due to
a. Your delivery locaon following outside our designated delivery zones
b. Failure to contact you by phone or email at the me of conrming the request booking
You are cancelling the request at the me of conrmaon due to unavailability of the items you
requested for at the me of booking.

In case the Musalih as in Mahir couldn’t x your issue the minimum amount of the service visit will be
charged.
In case of receiving a request with a missing item, you have the right to ask for a new item or the amount
of the item to be returned to you in the following ways:
In case the payment was through net banking and you refuse to accept the missing item again, its
not possible to refund the money back to the card and we don’t return the amount of the missing
item by cash also. However, we will return the amount as customer credits on Musalih app as this
is an electronic standard method by Musalih.
Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discreon and shall be nal and binding. All refund
amounts shall be credited to your account within Seven business days in accordance with the
terms that may be spulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
5. SERVICE DELIVERY
Our aim is to provide the best service possible. Unfortunately, things do not always go to plan and
factors, such as trac condions and weather, may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in
this regard. We will do our best to ensure that your request is delivered by the me specied in the
nocaon and Services. The ming of your request is determined by considering the number of
requests and the circumstances being faced by Maher at that me. Delivery me that is showing in the
respecve Mahirs interface, as 32 min for example, it means the average me, it is not a xed me for
the service, hence it would be than 15 minutes depending on the Maher and the road condions at the
me of delivery.
6. TERMS OF SERVICE
You agree and acknowledge that we shall not be responsible for:
The services provided by the Mahir including, but not limited, serving of service request suing your
requirements and needs
Musalih hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness in Mahir service fee as it appears on the
website/applicaon and requested by you. The exactness of the Maher service fee may dier due
to merchant/ services variaons, new request(s)/ services introducons, service modicaons and
other reasons similar. Musalih will make every eort to meet the user expectaons but will not
guarantee the exactness of the service fee.
Mahirs services not being up to your expectaons or leading to any losses, harm or damage to you
The details of the service and service fee list available on the Services are based on the informaon
provided by Mahir and we shall not be responsible for any change or cancellaon or unavailability.

You may not be able to avail our Services if your delivery locaon is outside our current scope of
Service. We will keep you informed of the same at the me of conrming your request booking.
You understand that delivery periods quoted to you at the me of conrming the request is an
approximate esmate and may vary. We will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of your
request.
You request will be only delivered to the address designated by you at the me of placing the request
on the Services. We reserve the right to cancel the request, in our sole discreon, in the event of any
change to the place of delivery and you shall not be entled to any refund for the same. Requests in
the event of change of the delivery locaon shall be at our sole discreon.
You shall undertake to provide adequate direcons, informaon and authorizaons to accept delivery.
In the event of any failure to accept delivery, failure to deliver within the esmated me due to your
failure to provide appropriate instrucons, or authorizaons, then such services shall be deemed to
have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relaon to such services shall pass to you
and you shall not be entled to any refund for the same. Our decision in relaon to this shall be nal
and binding.
Services provided for Product delivery
You conrm that we shall not be responsible for any deciency in payment of consideraon payable
towards the services purchased from the App.
You agree and acknowledge that neither the Mahir nor us shall be liable in the event of you failing
to adhere to the Terms of Use.
You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment
gateways while making the payment. In this regard, you agree to provide correct and accurate
credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing the Services. You shall
not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transacon, you must
use your own credit/ debit card. The informaon provided by you will not be ulized or shared
with any Third Party unless required in relaon to fraud vericaons or by law, regulaon or court
order. You will be solely responsible for the security and condenality of your credit/ debit card
details. We expressly disclaim all liabilies that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized
use of your credit/ debit card.
We do not oer any refunds against services already paid and exceeded the guarantee from the
Services unless an error that is directly aributable to us has occurred during the purchase of such
product or services.
We constantly strive to provide you with accurate informaon on the Services. However, in the event
of an error, we may, in our sole discreon, contact you with further instrucons.
You agree that we shall provide the Services only during the working hours of the relevant Mahir.

7. OUR LIABILITY
7.1. To the extent permied by law, Musalih provides the Service and content on an 'as-is' and 'as
available' basis and we make no representaon or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding
the content or availability of our Service, or that it will be mely or error free or that defects will be
corrected. Subject as provided below, neither Musalih nor any Musalih Partner shall have any liability
to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequenal losses or damages arising in contract, tort
(including negligence) or otherwise arising from your use of or your inability to use our Service. In the
event that Musalih or the Musalih Partner is found to be liable to you our total aggregate liability is
limited to the purchase price of the request you have paid for in your order. This does not include or
limit in any way Musalih or any Musalih Partner's liability for any maer for which it would be illegal
for us or it to exclude, or aempt to exclude, our or its liability, including liability for death or personal
injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentaon.
7.2. We do not endorse any Musalih Partner. In addion, although these Terms require you to provide
accurate informaon, we do not aempt to conrm, and do not conrm, any your purported identy.
We will not be responsible for any damage or harm resulng from your interacons with other Users.
7.3. By using the Services, you agree that any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for acons
or omissions of other Members or other third pares will be limited to a claim against the Members
or other third pares who caused you harm and you agree not to aempt to impose liability on, or
seek any legal remedy from us with respect to such acons or omissions.
8. GENERAL TERMS OF USE
8.1. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may use the Services. If you are under 18 years
of age and you wish to download, install, access or use the Services, your parents or legal guardian
must acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Should your parents or legal
guardian fail to agree or acknowledge the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, you shall immediately
disconnue its use.
8.2. If you choose to use the Services, it shall be your responsibility to treat your user idencaon
code, password and any other piece of informaon that we may provide as part of our security
procedures as condenal and not disclose the same to any person or enty other than us (“Third
Party”). We shall at mes and at our sole discreon reserve the right to disable any user idencaon
code or password if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
8.3. As we are providing services in the city of Muscat (currently), we have complied with applicable
laws of Oman in making the Services and its content available to you. In the event the Services is
accessed from outside Oman or outside our delivery zones, it shall be enrely at your risk. We make
no representaon that the Services and its contents are available or otherwise suitable for use outside
Muscat. If you choose to access or use the Services from or in locaons outside Muscat, you do so on

your own and shall be responsible for the consequences and ensuring compliance of applicable laws,
regulaons, bylaws, licenses, registraons, permits, authorizaons, rules and guidelines.
8.4. You shall at all mes be responsible for the use of the Services through your computer or mobile
computer or device and for bringing these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to the aenon of all such
persons accessing the Services on your mobile device.
8.5. You understand and agree that the use of the Services does not include the provision of a
computer or mobile device or other necessary equipment to access it. You also understand and
acknowledge that the use of the Services requires internet connecvity and telecommunicaon links.
You shall bear the costs incurred to access and use the Services and we shall not, under any
circumstances whatsoever, be responsible or liable for such costs.
8.6. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
All registraon informaon you submit is truthful, lawful and accurate and that you agree to
maintain the accuracy of such informaon.
Your use of the Services shall be solely for your personal use and you shall not authorize others to
use your account, including your prole or email address and that you are solely responsible for
all content published or displayed through your account, including any email messages, and your
interacons with other users and you shall abide by all applicable local, state, naonal and foreign
laws, treaes and regulaons, including those related to data privacy, internaonal
communicaons and the transmission of technical or personal data.
You will not submit, post, upload, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any content
that:
a. is defamatory, abusive, harassing, insulng, threatening, or that could be deemed to be stalking
or constute an invasion of a right of privacy of another person
b. is bigoted, hateful, or racially or otherwise oensive
c. is violent, vulgar, obscene, pornographic or otherwise sexually explicit
d. is illegal or encourages or advocates illegal acvity or the discussion of illegal acvies with the
intent to commit them.
e. All necessary licenses, consents, permissions and rights are owned by you and there is no need for
any payment or permission or authorizaon required from any other party or enty to use,
distribute or otherwise exploit in all manners permied by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy,
all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, privacy and publicity rights and / or other
proprietary rights contained in any content that you submit, post, upload, distribute or otherwise
transmit or make available.
You will not use the Services in any way that is unlawful, or harms us or any other person or enty,
as determined in our sole discreon.
You will not post, submit, upload, distribute, or otherwise transmit or make available any soware
or other computer les that contain a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise impair or

damage the Services or any connected network, or otherwise interfere with any person or entys
use or enjoyment of the Services.
You will not use another person’s username, password or other account informaon, or another
person’s name, likeness, voice, image or photograph or impersonate any person or enty or
misrepresent your identy or aliaon with any person or enty.
You will not engage in any form of ansocial, disrupng, or destrucve acts, including “aming,
spamming,“ooding,“trolling,and griengas those terms are commonly understood and
used on the Internet.
You will not delete or modify any content of the Services, including but not limited to, legal noces,
disclaimers or proprietary noces such as copyright or trademark symbols, logos, that you do not
own or have express permission to modify.
You will not post or contribute any informaon or data that may be obscene, indecent,
pornographic, vulgar, profane, racist, sexist, discriminatory, oensive, derogatory, harmful,
harassing, threatening, embarrassing, malicious, abusive, hateful, menacing, defamatory, untrue
or polical or contrary to our interest.
You shall not access the Services without authority or use the Services in a manner that damages,
interferes or disrupts:
Any part of the Services or the Services soware;
Any equipment or any network on which the Services is stored or any equipment of any Third
Party.
9. ACCESS TO THE SERVICES
9.1. We endeavor to make the Services available to you during Musalih Partners working hours.
However, we do not represent that access to the Services will be uninterrupted, mely, error free, free
of viruses or other harmful components or that such defects will be corrected.
9.2. We do not warrant that the Services will be compable with all hardware and soware which you
may use. We shall not be liable for damage to, or viruses or other code that may aect, any equipment
(including but not limited to your mobile device), soware, data or other property as a result of your
download, installaon, access to or use of the Services or your obtaining any material from, or as a
result of using, the Services. We shall also not be liable for the acons of third pares.
9.3. We do not represent or warranty that the informaon available on the Services will be correct,
accurate or otherwise reliable.
9.4. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the Services to you personally, or to all
users temporarily or permanently at any me without noce.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH OPERATORS IF THE SERVICES IS ACCESSED ON MOBILE
DEVICES
10.1. In the event the Services is accessed on a mobile device, it is not associated, aliated, sponsored,
endorsed or in any way linked to any plaorm operator, including, without limitaon, Apple, Google,
or Android (each being an “Operator”).
10.2. Your download, installaon, access to or use of the Services is also bound by the terms and
condions of the Operator
10.3. You and we acknowledge that these Terms of Use are concluded between you and us only, and
not with an Operator, and we, not those Operators, are solely responsible for the Services and the
content thereof to the extent specied in these Terms of Use.
10.4. The license granted to you for the Services is limited to a nontransferable license to use the
Services on a mobile device that you own or control and as permied by these Terms of Use.
10.5. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to
the Services as required under applicable law. You and we acknowledge that an Operator has no
obligaon whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Services.
10.6. You and we acknowledge that we, not the relevant Operator, are responsible for addressing any
claims of you or any Third Party relang to the Services or your possession and/or use of the Services,
including, but not limited to:
any claim that the Services fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
Claims arising under consumer protecon or similar legislaon.
10.7. You and we acknowledge that, in the event of any Third-Party claim that the Services or your
possession and use of the Services infringes that Third Partys intellectual property rights, we, not the
relevant Operator, will be solely responsible for the invesgaon, defense, selement and discharge
of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
10.8. You must comply with any applicable Third-Party terms of agreement when using the Services
(e.g. you must ensure that your use of the Services is not in violaon of your mobile device agreement
or any wireless data service agreement).
10.9. You and we acknowledge and agree that the relevant Operator, and that Operators subsidiaries,
are Third Party beneciaries of these Terms of Use, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms of
Use, that Operator will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these
Terms of Use against you as a Third-Party beneciary thereof.
11. Choice/Opt-Out

11.1. You may opt-out of receiving communicaons from us and our partners, remove your
informaon from our database, choose to not receive future communicaons related to the Musalih
Plaorm, or cancel your account by logging on to the Site and clicking on the Account tab, or by
contacng us at www.musalih.om
11.2. During registraon, you choose whether to receive markeng correspondence from either
Musalih or its partners and whether you want to parcipate in a variety of Musalih programs. This
informaon remains on your Prole where you can, at any point, easily edit it to indicate that you have
changed your mind. Aer logging on, click on the Accounttab, then select “Nocaons” to make
your selecons. We may occasionally contact you with informaon about special events, sales,
acvies, promoons, contests, submission opportunies and programs. You always have the opon
to ask Musalih not to contact you with this informaon again.
11.3. You can opt out of receiving promoonal communicaons from Musalih sent via text message at
any me by following the instrucons provided in those messages to text the word, "STOP". Please
note that your opt-out is limited to the phone number used and will not aect subsequent
subscripons. If you opt-out of only certain communicaons, other subscripon communicaons may
connue. Even if you opt-out of receiving promoonal communicaons, Musalih may, subject to
applicable law, connue to send you non-promoonal communicaons, such as those about your
account, transacons, servicing, or Musalih’s ongoing business relaons.
11.4. If you receive unsolicited email from a Musalih domain, please contact us at www.musali.om
12. Musalih's Informaon Retenon Policy
12.1. We retain personal data for as long as you are a User in order to meet our contractual obligaons
to you, and for such longer period as may be in our legimate interests and to comply with our legal
obligaons. We may also retain aggregate informaon beyond this me for research purposes and to
help us develop and improve our services. You cannot be idened from aggregate informaon
retained or used for these purposes.
12.2. You have the right under certain circumstances:
to be provided with a copy of your personal informaon held by us;
to request the reccaon or erasure of your personal informaon held by us;
to request that we restrict the processing of your personal informaon (while we verify or
invesgate your concerns with this informaon, for example);
to object to the further processing of your personal informaon, including the right to object to
markeng as menoned in the Choice/Opt-Out secon above; and

to request that your provided personal data be provided to you in a structured, commonly used
and machine-readable format.
12.3. Where the processing of your personal informaon by us is based on consent, you have the
right to withdraw that consent without detriment at any me. You can also change your markeng
preferences at any me as described in the Choice/ Opt-Out secon above.
12.4. You can exercise your rights by clicking on the Accounttab, then selecng “Nocaons”
to make your selecons, or by contacng us at www.musalih.om
13. Musalih’s Security of Collected Informaon
13.1. Your Musalih account is password-protected so that only you and authorized Musalih sta have
access to your account informaon. In order to maintain this protecon, do not give your password to
anyone. Also, if you share a computer, you should sign out of your Musalih account and close the
browser window before someone else logs on. This will help protect your informaon entered on
public terminals from disclosure to third pares.
13.2. Musalih takes reasonable precauons to ensure that your informaon is secure on its system by
backing up data in separate backup drives and using public key access encrypon and rewalls on both
our main and backup servers. Musalih has sta dedicated to maintaining this Privacy Policy and other
privacy iniaves, periodically reviewing security, and making sure that every Musalih employee is
aware of our security pracces. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be
guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, Musalih cannot guarantee the security of any informaon
you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. While Musalih will use commercially reasonable
eorts to ensure the security of all credit card and all other Personal Informaon, we expressly disclaim
any liability for any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all Personal
Informaon and/or Financial Informaon stored therein, and you agree to hold Musalih harmless for
any damages that may result therefrom.
13.3. Musalih expressly disclaims any liability that may arise should any other individuals obtain the
informaon you submit to the Musalih Plaorm.
14. How Can Users Update Their Informaon?
14.1. You can update your Personal Informaon at any me by logging in and clicking on the
Account” tab. There you can view, update and correct your account informaon.
14.2. So that we can protect the integrity of sensive data, there are certain pieces of
informaon, such as your age, that you cannot alter yourself. For example, since children under 18 are
not allowed to register as Users, we need to take reasonable measures to preserve the accuracy of our
Users' ages.

14.3. Our databases automacally update any Personal Informaon you edit in your prole.
Informaon transmied through boards, chats, polls or through any other means remains in our
databases and becomes the property of Musalih upon submission.
15. Nocaon of Changes
15.1. Musalih's Privacy Policy are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary. This Privacy Policy
